A hotel day begins from 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.

• Board

Our varied breakfast buffet waits for you from 7:00 a.m till 9:30 a.m.

In winter season from 5:30 p.m. till 7:30 p.m. we offer dinners also in the form of buffet, i.e. the soup of the day, salad buffet, 2 main dishes to choose, vegetables, lemon water and dessert.

On request it is possible to prepare vegetarian meals or order gluten free bread upon prior notice and with the consent of the chef.

The hotel guests are kindly asked not to take away any food or beverages from the dining room. It is possible to order lunch boxes on demand for an additional charge.

• Reception

The reception opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and  from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Payment

The hotel accepts cash and card payment (Visa, Master Card) as well as bank transfers in euro currency.

The hotel guest is obliged to pay for the declared stay on the day of arrival, even if he made the prepayment.

The hotel can put the beverages purchased in the bar on the room bill. The hotel guest is obliged to pay for this bill no later than the day before the departure.

• Ski room

In our Hotel you can find a secure and heated ski room. Guests are kindly asked to store their ski equipment there.

• Parking

On the hotel premises there is a free unguarded parking for our guests.

• Pets

The stay of pets is possible with the prior consent of the hotel given at the booking and it is subject to additional fees according to the current price list. Please be aware of the fact that you are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pets.
